Hello,

The images do not appear to be in your account. Was this a relist or a brand new auction? You have a bunch of images in your recycle bin but it doesn't look like any of those images are in that auction. We recommend you check there and restore anything that should be in that auction and if you still have the images on your computer, upload them to image hosting -- within a couple of hours they will reappear (provided you upload them with the exact same file names).

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya: It was a relist.. The images are showing in my Image Hosting account.
The file names are

BMVC832S.JPG

BMVC831S.JPG

BMVC829S.JPG

BMVC833S.JPG

Unless I am reading it wrong, that appears to be the same numbers in teh auciton HTML .. Louis

Hi Louis,

The problem is that the ones you have in your image hosting right now are in all caps, while the ones in your listing look like this:

BMVC832s.jpg, BMVC829s.jpg, etc.

If you can reupload those images with the same upper and lower case combinations, then that should correct the problem. The other option is to edit that listing and make the "s.jpg" portion of each image, in capital letters.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya: I changed all the "s" to upper case and it still does not work.. Cleared my cache just to make sure I wasn't getting an old page.. Louis

Sonya: Did the hard way.. I copied the auction in Sales Manager.. Then edited the auction by added the correct photos.. Viewed the page source and copied the HTML code for the photos and then pasted it in the eBay HTML on the Revise Auction pages.. The code was slightly different for the table layout for some reason but after I tweaked it a bit, it works fine. Thanks for trying to help .. Louis
