You need to change the sequence of the two letter state codes in the checkout drop down box. Both "MA" and "IA" are out of sequence.
The order is based on the state spelled out. For example, MA comes after MD because when spelled out, Maryland is before Massachusettes. I will forward your feedback to Product Development.

Understand, but who spells it out? All I do is type in "M" and I see the two character list for "M". It would be different if you had to start spelling the state name.
