I have set my info in global preferences, checked the proper boxes and have used a template without a *. When I am on the auction listing page, if I scroll on the preview box that info is there (my special shipping info that I typed in global pref), however if I click preview only some of that info is included. Also, is does not appear in my auctions. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
Under My Account -> Global Preferences, check Item Listing Options to be sure that you have chosen to display all sections and info that you want displayed in your listings. If you have selected this, and your listings still do not display the info, please provide some example listings and let us know what info is missing so we can check for you.

As I said in first post, I have set my info in global preferences and checked the proper boxes(info you want displayed in your listing). I have a whole section of text in the custom message area in shipping and handling that has been entered that does show up in...... oh here... go look at auction ebay #3778938412. The area below the pics is blank and this is where the custom text shipping info should be. Also, the WRONG payment accepted icons and text appear even though I have that box checked to display as well. why does this not work properly? What is wrong? Please help so I can put some auctions up to see if this works for me. Am losing patience with this system.

Hello antiquarianmadness,
Where in your preferences do you have text stored that is not currently showing up in this listing?
I checked your saved settings for this specific item and the Other box is the only one checked off with a note saying 'see item dscription.'
While you have setup your default settings to show PayPal, this will not change your existing items. If you click to create a brand new auction, it will pick up the preferences you have in place at this moment which are PayPal and Money Order.
Sorry for any confusion, we do want to help you figure this out, but so far it looks like everything that was selected in the listing itself, as well as your default listing text, is appearing in the auction.
Unfortunately we could not verify the layout of the template itself as you have since deleted the original for this item.

I have all this info entered in the GLOBAL PREFERENCES. I know that it has been saved because I can log out of the VENDIO system, re- log in, and come back to GLOBAL PREFERENCES and it is STILL THERE! I have THE PROPER BOXES checked in ITEM LISTING OPTIONS. OBVIOUSLY there is something that is not right here but I can't find it if you keep avoiding helping me by not addressing my concerns. Can you please have your supervisor take a look at my GLOBAL PREFERENCES and inspect it and (after reading my CUSTOM SHIPPING AND HANDLING NOTE that is not showing up in the ebay preview and the listed auctions) have them tell me EXACTLY what to do. No more double talk please.

How is a person supposed to know to NOT put shipping and handling information into a text box titled CUSTOM SHIPPING AND HANDLING NOTE?
If it does not go there why don't you have a clarifying NOTE there saying "The information that you type into this text box will NOT appear in your listing! It is only for a message that will appear when your buyer CHECKS OUT! You have still not answered why my Paypal, Personal Checks, Money Orders logos text does not show up even though the boxes are checked?
When did you check off these options in Global Preferences? Did you do it after current auctions were launched and after the items in pending were created? If you were to create a brand new listing now, they would all be checked off as defaults. Also, if you did choose these options in Global Preferences after you had items launched, they won't apply to already active listings and already created listings.
