Just today noticed on another sellers auction page (FYI: item #4342070293), at the bottom under "Shipping, payment details and return policy" is a cute little icon of a shipping box & text that says "Save on shipping now! - Buy more from this seller". I don't think it's the seller's own HTML since it is within a specific field & I've looked everywwhere here in the optional global text places, etc., & see no place to include this in my auctions automatically - Please advise!

This looks like an option offered only through eBay at this time. I will log a suggestion for this to be supported.
In the meantime, you can always insert text in your listings that state you support discounted shipping. If you go to My Account > Site Specifics, eBay and scroll to the section where you can enter in information for eBay Payment and Details, you can put this text in the paymen instructions box. It will then appear in that section. It won't be that icon you are looking at but at least it will display in that same section.
