I just spent 10 minutes writing a listing, scrolled to photo area, uploaded photos, and now can't get back to my original listing from the upload page without hitting the back button which you say not to do. How is this done without losing my listing info?

Hello,

After you upload, it asks you if you want to upload more or if you are done. Click on Done and it will take you back to the listing you are doing.

Do you have a Done button on your page?

When I click DONE it takes me to a page called Standard Images and has a list of downloaded pictures. How do I return to my listing from there?

That usually happens only when you have to "upload more", which I turned into tech a long time ago. Just click on "Sales Manager" on the left side of the screen and then into pending auctions. It should be in there. You just have to click and open it again.

Thanks Toyspast, but I didn't need to "upload more". I can see how that could work but isn't that a workaround? Tech, isn't there a way to return to the auction that you were composing? If theres' not, there should be. It does not make sense to take you out of an auction you are listing and then "dump" you someplace else without a clear way of getting back!

What I was saying was that you can get back to the auction you were working on if you click on "done". As Vendio said in the post above. But if you have to upload more pics then is allowed (50) and click on "upload more", then when you're done and click on "done" it will dump you in another photo area and not the auction you were working on. Yes, it is a workaround, but I thought you were asking how you get back to your acution, and I told you. I turned this problem into tech quite a while ago, so I doubt anything will done unless more people complain. That's why I gave you the workaround. It's only a few clicks and you're back to your auction.

Thanks again Toys. I guess I'll just have to use the workaround till they fix it. I'll try it tomorrow, There seems to be so many things on this site that they don't tell you about.

I've got it! How about a special button? How about a Big Button that says...let me think...um...RETURN TO THE AUCTION YOU WERE LISTING. As I said earlier being dumped on a page that you were never on makes no sense!

Hello,

I'm not sure why it's taking you to the wrong page but the Done button should take you back to the auction you were on. It would only take you back to Standard Images if you were uploading from the Image Hosting page yourself.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then go through the process again. With a clean cache, hopefully the page will work as it should.

Regards,

Sonya
