Been using Vendio for last 5 years and have yet to figure out why some templates come out too large when the auctions are opened either on Ebay or in Sales Manager. Mostly all of my auctions show up so big that Buyers have to scroll horizontally to see complete auction with pictures.
Some examples are Auction #'s 6150822785 and 6509335449. These use the "NEW" Templates which are customizable. I have found that the problem mostly occurs in the template formats which ask for pictures to be wrapped or placed on the left or right.
The "OLD" Templates do not seem to have this problem, For Example look at Auction # 5953800821 which uses an old format which is "NOT" customizable and the pictures are wrapped on the right.
This problem has been a pain for several years and I have tried everything to resolve it including changing image size and resolution.
I have taken a look at your items and it looks like the gif you use in your item description is making you have to scroll when you reach a certain point. The new templates use borders while the old one you reference does not, so it appears that the new templates are making you scroll earlier. In other words, the borders on the new templates add some width.
Your image size and resolution is fine. You may consider using a different image layout, or not using borders.
