Well, for some odd reason, all the templets that I have created over the last 3 weeks have poofed!
I did some checking when my preview screen was blank.
Then I went to check out the templetes that I have saved, and they are not viewable.
whats up?
They wroked before, but not today.

Hi there,
I just checked your account and I see several templates. I am also able to see a preview (I assume you mean the "full preview" function that pops up a window. )
Which specific templates are you missing (would need template names) and also, have you tried clearing cache and rebooting your system?

The templetes I created on vendio, that I renamed. Ie. crimson, nature, etc.
All the standard pre generated templetes work, but no templetes that I created show up.

Hello,
I have checked your template section and found those templates up toward the top. When you go to your Template section, you should be able to find them if you scroll upwards. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and rebooting if you still do not see your templates.

I created some new templetes and resaved my old ones.
Now I can see my templetes but I get an error message first.
message reads line 384
char 78
errot expected 'j'
urldhtmled5:
Now I created a new templet today, and I get the same error when trying to view.

Hello,
Apparently the problem stems from the JavaScript code that you inserted in the Policies section of your template. This text is added to each custom template that you create, thus previewing any of them will trigger the problem.
Do you get errors both on SM Pro, and the online SM? Do they happen on the Quick Preview, or the eBay Preview, or both?

The error only happens on the smp when viewing the listing in the preview window after creating a listing use the templets that I creatated on vendeo.
The only script I added was one from viewtracker to track my auctions.
But if that script had an error in it, the other vendeo pregenerated templets wouldn't work as well.
Now, What I'm going to do is remove that script and see what happens. Be back shortly.

the error also happens in the small preview window as well as the large window.
BRb with info after I remove that script.

Ok, the viewtracker script is the problem.
It is not a vendeo problem.
I appreciate the quickness of your responces,
and the care you have given me through out this.
You can now delete this thread.
Best,
