Me too! Just getting ready to post this same thing when I see that someone else is having the same problem. Not good Vendio! Auctions are just sitting and sitting in the que, not going anywhere. What is up????

Hello,
Obviously, this will be a busy evening for eBay, which means that it will probably take longer than normal for us to get items through to their site. We don't believe there will be a problem with items not launching, but they may stay in processing mode for a longer than normal amount of time.
Thank you for your patience.

Diana - What would Vendio condsider a "longer than usual time"? Mine have been sitting in the que for 10 or more minutes......

Mine have been sitting now for 45 minutes!! I didn't even know about the nickel auctions- I am not pleased. My customers know when I launch my auctions, it is always the same. This does not help!

I don't think that launching at the wrong time is a problem, because Vendio's code knows when the auction should end. So what will probably happen is that the buyers won't see our auctions until they finally launch, but they will end when we want them to end. I'm waiting for some clarification on the ending time of an auction that has a delayed launch.

I launched my auctions at 9:40PM eastern time and it's now 10:23PM eastern time and they're still sitting in que waiting to be processed. That's just about 45 minutes and still NOTHING..How much Longer Vendio??

Hello everybody,
We are aware of the situation and will continue to monitor our system to ensure that launches are processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the latency is caused by the large volume of listings being launched at eBay simultaneously, which is something we cannot control. We will do our best to make sure that there is no bottleneck on our side.
Thank you for your patience. Please see our Announcement for updates.
Thanks,
Diana

I would fully expect that you knew about the 5 cent listing on ebay and could have anticipated the problem and as customers we could have counted on our auctions lauching on time - will we be getting a refund on our fees for this mishap?
