I sure need some help with my international buyer. They are becoming very frustrated due to the shipping difference between the US listed shipping amount. It wont let my international buyers put in the higher shipping rate when they are completing there customer check out. What do I need to do so they can add the correct shipping amount?

Hello,
Vendio Checkout does not allow the buyer to edit a shipping total. If you are opening your auctions up to international buyers, we recommend that you offer a shipping and handling option that is tailored to your international customers (so they can then select it during your checkout).
If you have any current international winners that are having problems checking out, it is easy to edit your WBNs and resend them to your customers. If you go to Closed Listings, please click on the set of post sale keys for the item you wish to edit. The fulfillment checklist will appear -- uncheck step 1 and step 2 (if step 2 is completed). Then, back in step one, you should see an edit icon for editing the WBN -- it is a little piece of paper with a pencil. Click on that and you'll be taken to the edit screen where you can edit your WBN. There is a place there where you can edit shipping and handling so you can add in your international rate, then save your changes and resend the WBN to your customer.
