Every time I put my item description in the decription area, and then I prof read, or view the completed listing, there are stange ? marks in my ad, although when I go back to the decription, they are not there, when I do a spell check they are not there, but when I post my ad, they will show up again in the wierdest place, or the most inconvient places, making my look stupid.

If you are creating your descriptions in Microsoft Word or another program similar, and then copying and pasting it to your description box, this can happen. It's a formatting issue that can occur when you save Word docs. Try saving your documents as text files, as this might prevent some characters from changing into question marks. When you do have characters turn into question marks, you'll need to go back over it after you paste it to type in the proper character.
