I'm getting lots of complaints of the Vendio link not working in my Auction Congratulations letter. Then if they do get through, they get hung up on the shipping. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hello,

I checked some of your closed items' WBNs and did not have any problems with your links there. The shipping looks to be fine as well. What type of comments are you getting and can you provide us with the item numbers where you had customer complaints?
