Hi. Any idea why none of my buyers' addresses have carried over into Post Sale from PayPal? Had eight of them today, and I'm going to have to type in all the information.

Just a bit of clarification: PayPal payments trigger confirmation email to me but have suddenly stopped checking off the Payment Received box in Post Sale. The buyer's address also fails to fill in. I have made no changes on this end, so something must be awry elsewhere. This is gonna be a major problem if it doesn't get fixed! HELP!!!

Well, misery loves company, so I'm glad to see I'm not alone with this problem. This is the first time it has happened to me, and I sure hope a Vendio rep weighs in with some help.

Add me to the list! I have changed nothing on my Vendio or Paypal prefrences, but have not had any customer payment information integrate with my Vendio post sale information in days.

...and 4 hours later...still no response. I just went ahead and entered all the info. myself. Can't wait for that canned response of "it appears to be working now" for the work I did. At the fees Vendio charges this is ridiculous! Might as well go with Sparedollar....same problems from time to time, but you are only paying $5.00 a month.

Hey VENDIO how about a reply addressing this problem. What do we pay for if it ends up we have to manually do the work ourselves, the least we could get is a reply as to when the problem might be fixed.

Hi all,
We are currently looking into this, we are receiving some errors back from Paypal but we're not sure what is causing the errors at this point. We will post back when we have more information.
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Just wanted to say that today's PayPal payments are being recorded in Post Sale. I have my fingers crossed, but the glitch seems to be fixed.

The problem was actually on Paypal's side, so unfortunately I can't say for sure if it's fixed (but if your payments are now being recorded, it looks that way. )
Let us know if you continue to have trouble, and have a great weekend!
