Hi,
I am new to Vendio and I'd like to know whether I can list an item at both ebay and yahoo auctions? I sell on ebay but am thinking about changing to Yahoo because of the rate hikes. If I already have an item on ebay can I import it to Yahoo after it is finished and doesn't sell.
Also are the insertion and image hosting fees Vendio charges additional to ebays or INSTEAD of ebays? Thanks, Joanne (mustardjo)

Hi there,
Our fees are completely separate from eBay's and Yahoo's, as we are a separate company. Using our service will save you from having to pay scheduling and image fees as you would at eBay, however.
Here are directions on changing the listing venue from eBay to Yahoo:
If you save your items to Inventory, as you list, you can simply launch new items to the venue of your choice once the site-specific information has been added to each inventory item.
If you are trying to relist your items on a different venue and they are not saved in Inventory already:
- Select your closed items and click "relist"
- Click the "edit" link next to one of your items
- On the edit page, scroll to the bottom and select "save this item in my inventory". Click the "save" button. The item will now appear in your inventory list.
Once all items are saved to Inventory:
-From your inventory list (access this by clicking Inventory in the lefthand navigation bar under Display Options), click on the item title of the auction or check the box next to the item and use the "Edit" button at the top of the list.
- Under Site Specifics, click the "setup" link next to the venue you want and complete the required site-specific fields. Once you are finished click "Save".
- Once this is completed for all items, go back to the main inventory page and check the box next to the items. Click the "Launch" button.
- On the righthand side of the page, select your venue, and a launch time/date. Click "Launch" and your items will either launch, or appear in pending queued up to launch.
I hope this helps. In order to avoid having to repeat the tedious process outlined above, we recommend utilizing the "save my item to inventory" feature on the listing form as you create your listings.
