To my knowledge, we are not having any technical difficulties this evening. You are able to get to the forum to post, so you must be having trouble elsewhere. Can you tell us what pages you are having trouble with?

i can not launch auctions, i can not access my account, some parts of vendio do not show up when i am on a search engine ....something is wrong, and yes my bill has been paid....

i still can not get in to site, this is weird, yet here i am typing in the message room, there is something wrong, at first i thought it worked but now no access, i can not access my account nor can i launch auctions, and my bill has been paid, diane please contact me asap to let me know what the problem is....thanks....

there is something wrong with vendio, this is the only place i can access, anywhere else i get " cannot find server "...vendio has crashed, no doubt about it....

my " sales manager pro " will not work, i can not luanch auctions at all, and i was having a hard time accessing vendio site, it seems some parts of vendio is not funtioning, can you tell me why, at times i would get " cannot find server " page, like it crashed, yet i just got access now to this chat board, but still can not access other parts of vendio, like my account,

is anyone else having problems with vendio when it comes to auction manager pro and is anyone else having problems accessing their account, does it seem that parts of vendio is working and other parts are not ??
i keep getting " cannot find server " pages popping up everytime i want to access my account and my auction manager pro will not synchronize......
at one point i could not even access vendio in any way, i went through many search engines and shortcuts but all i got was " cannot find server " pages...

All day yesterday I was having problems accessing the Vendio site. Off and on I was getting "This Page can't be displayed" messages. This happened on many different pages including www.vendio.com. It wouldn't work for about a half hour to an hour then it would work for a while then it would work. I would be in the middle of managing auctions and the site wouldn't load. it was very disruptive.

i think vendio might have a virus, it seems that parts work and other parts do not, and then everything stops working, everyone check your account, can you log into it, and does your auction manager pro working....

Diana ........ vendio site is 'down' again in the way it was last month, or the month before ... my friend Susan, seller cragonlsnt, has sent me 3 emails while i was out this morning, wondering what is going on again ... 1) she cannot even access vendio, 2) she cannot see ANY of her photos, nor anyone's photos that uses vendio....
I use vendio, and I can see her pictures and mine too ....
This is cragonlsnt. My friend estatesalestuff sent the last entry in this thread. I am finally able to get into vendio by a round about way. I cannot use my usual shortcut to get here or I cannot log in any way except to open an auction and click on the vendio services from there. I could not get to vendio anyway at all from early this morning until right now. My auction photos were not showing and I was not able to see anyones photos that uses vendio. This happened a little over a month ago 2 seperate times. I can now see my photos on my auctions but the problem remains the same when trying to log in. I do have my IP address but am not cenrtain I should post it here. Please let me know what you need from me to help my situation.

Hi BobCS ... my friend (seller name above^), cannot access vendio to see this message you are asking for. .... I will tell her of your request, to email you at [email protected] if that's your email address? ...
skylite: Not a virus, but when this happened last month, the blame was placed (by vendio techs research) on overload of only certain isp/type/internet-highways,... like a log jam, of only on certain lines of the web. ... therefore, only affecting 'some' vendio users.
As I said, I'm vendio, and I can get in and out of vendio just fine, and I can see my photos and all other vendio sellers' photos ...
But yes, my friend that sells thru vendio says today, she is shut out of vendio again, AND cannot 'see' her listing photos, nor mine; but i CAN see her photos, and mine.
It's an internet logjam, or bottleneck, probably. (not that that helps you) ...

Hello Bob, and the rest of the members!
Here is our experience:
Friday: We were able to access only some pages, and not to the accounts (we have multiple accounts).
Saturday: Can't even open up the main/home page.
Bob's idea of posting IP addresses, is not a good one IMO, as this opens us all up to fraudsters and hackers. As another member has suggested, please post your email address, and we will send you our IP addresses.
A few weeks ago (as others have mentioned) this same thing had happened, and I was contacted by Greg Mcnutt (A vendio techie), who was quite helpful, and resolved the situation for us. As he explained it then, it had nothing to do with an overload, but rather with the improvements that they had done that day (also after a shutdown on a Friday morning). it seems obvious to me that it is same now, as "improvements" were made this Friday morning.
What bothers me tremendously, is:
1) I think that Vendio is being callous here, as I clearly know from last time that there is an issue here, and knew how to correct then, so why create the same mess again?
2) Bear in mind, that this is not just a disruption in the ability to list or to conduct post-auction management, but more than everything, there are obviously many who cannot pull pictures in our auctions (us included, as well as anyone with this problem). Needless to explain, that this hurts tremendously.
It has gotten to a point, where the various outages by Vendio have become too numerous and intolerable.
We are not complainers usually, but I do expect & demand that this gets fixed up quickly, or we will pull all of our accounts.

cragosnlsnet emailed her IP address to BobCS yesterday but has not heard back from anyone yet ...
she said she was only able to get logged in to vendio for 15 minutes yesterday (when she posted to this thread, above.) ... she is still locked out of vendio this morning ... she asked me to come here to see if CustomerService posted an answer to this problem yet ...... I will email her for you vendio, and tell her 'nope!' (you have not addressed her yet, in this thread.)

First let me say that it saddens me that I have received no answer since yesterday. I e-mailed Bob my IP address yesterday afternoon as requested and no answer to that as well. This is very frustrating. I am only able to bring up vendio site a couple times a day for a few minutes. When I enter my password I can not log in but I can click on community and post here. I am not sure if I will be able to bring vendio up again to check the posts,but I will try and do have a friend watching for me. Please give me an answer to my problem...I would like to list this evening and it looks like that will be impossible at this point.

I am finally able to get into vendio after 2 days...I was thrilled, I uploaded my photos and thought I was on my way.... well my bubble burst when I clicked on create an ebay listing....another problem PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND...I have written - e-mailed everything I can do with no assistance from vendio. It is extremely irritating that I must list through ebay and pay extra for my images when I have already paid vendio. I am not the only one with problems as is apparent reading this thread.

HI,
what is happening with vendio is i believe their server is crashing, yesterday Sat. I could not get unto the vendio site whatsoever, so i contacted a few friends and they could not even get unto the vendio site also from their computers, and this lasted for about 45 min. i believe it must be a server problem,
right now i cannot access my :auction manager pro ", nor can i visit my account , and this has been an on going thing since friday evening

I just got another update about a tweak just made to the system. Will you pleae let me know if you are able to access all of Vendio now? Also, please make sure you shut down your browser and clear you cache. Here are instructions on how to clear your cache:
In Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.
In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.
If you are using AOL, first go to the 'Settings' button at the top of your AOL window. Click on it, then select 'Preferences' from the list. On the following window that comes up, click on the 'Internet Properties (WWW)' link. From here, delete your Temporary Internet Files, and click OK when finished.
You can also click the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser toolbar while pressing the Shift key on your keyboard.

Bob...so nice to hear from you !! I was beginning to think Vendio had gone on a permanent vacation. I am happy to let you know that everything seems to be working fine now...I am listing but holding my breath the entire time. Please let me know if you received an e-mail with my IP address and this helped the situation or if a miracle occured on it's own. Thank you for the updates and for any information you might give as to what has happening.
