I have a customer that purchased 22 items from my ebay store....only 21 of them are showing up on Vendio......the item shows as being purchased on my "my Ebay" page to this customer but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to show up under post sale anywhere.....I tried track listing......import ebay listings......I separated the order and tried tracking again.....I cannot get this item to show up....the item number is.... 8138868917 ....please advise asap.....
