OK....it's happening again today.....I have had two customers email me saying they just got a payment reminder from me even though I already told them that their items have been shipped......Numbers 1-6 are checked post sale.....why are they getting payment reminders?....auction id's are 6153061501 and 7133696521....this problem has been going on for weeks and I can't seem to get an answer.....as many as 5 people in a day have gotten payment reminders when they have already received the item and both they and I have left feedback.....all boxes checked except # 8.....please advise.......

Hello,
The right steps are checked off so your customers shouldn't be getting payment reminders. Would you happen to have a copy of one, or be able to get one from a customer and forward it on over to us?
Have you done any importing recently and if so, were these items imported into your account?
