Hi Lee,
If you go to My Account -> Online Statement you can see a breakdown of all your charges. The charges that you have are all for subscription signups plus a gallery overage fee. Please let us know if you have any questions about your statement.

Sonya...
I did find the breakdown...On Jan. 22 I signed up for the gallery only...used that for a couple of weeks and was charged and paid for the $2.95...from what I can see...On Feb. 3, I signed up for Sales Manager Variable ($29.95)....so then Vendio has gone back and charged me another $17.39 "prorated" me for SM for 18 days!!...what happened to the two weeks free trial AND how can they "prorate" for something I was not signed up for....! You are welcome to look at my account ....if this stands I'm outta here...I will stay with my other listing service...they have some aggrevations but they don't mess with my money...I'm sorry but opening that bill was a shock...and I've had to upgrade my entire system as I have a Mac, simply because I liked the looks of your service....

Hello Lee,
We apologize for the confusion. Vendio does not offer a free trial, however, there is a 14 day Money Back Guarantee for the Sales Manager Power Variable Rate. This is different from a free trial in that you pay up-front, and if you're not satisfied, you can write to the Billing Department using the Contact Us form within 14 days of signing up. I'm showing you signed up on the Sales Manager plan on 02/03/05. Unfortunately, you are not eligible to receive a refund on your Sales Manager fees.
For more information on the Money Back Gurantee, go to:
http://www.vendio.com/company/fee_policy.html
As for the charges go, you signed up on the Sales Manager Power Variable, you were charged an initial amount for the month (this charge would have been pro-rated depending on your billing cycle d/te.) At the end of the billing cycle, you would have been charged the subscription fee for the month forward. That is why there are two subscription fees on this billing cycle.
If you'd like to discontinue your account, please write back using the Contact Us form on our website, and choose the Account Cancellation option from the drop-down menu (or send an email to [email protected] and enter Immediate Closure in the subject line of your email.) Make sure you send the request from your registered email address.
