I POSTED THE PROBLEM BELOW BACK ON 2/19!!!NO ONE HAS REPLIED!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
Item #4357546483 is under "Unsold Items" & I can't, therefore, send a WBN, etc. Please advise!
ADDED INFO 15 minutes later: OH THIS IS GETTING WEIRDER & WEIRDER...
Since no one there seems to care what's going on here, I tried to Import and Track the item number, but it still didn't show up & Tracking said all have been tracked already, which now makes sense because it HAD been sent from eBay to Vendio back when it closed on 2/18, but it got put somewhere weird once Vendio got it. OK, so THEN, I went back to my Post Sale Summary list & an old item, #4351438683, that I'd archived back on 1/28, suddenly re-appears! Not only that, but its box #1 & 2 are un-checked, but opening it up, box #1 & 2 ARE checked - AND the payment box is checked as paid on 2/21 instead of 1/26 when it was originally paid!! NOW, more weirdness: I went ahead & archived it AGAIN, but guess what? It remains in my PS Summary list & Control Panel Summary in "Closed"!
Want some more??? NOW SUDDENLY in my "Unsold Items" list along with the item 4357546483 that closed with a bidder & shouldn't even be in there, are all these old closed, unsold auctions from the end of Jan. THAT WERE NOT IN THERE BEFORE : 4353948045,4353948047,4353172818,4351648354,4351645239,4351438684,4351183450,4351177002.But it says NA under "Hits" - I suspect these were "2nd Chance Offerings" that didn't sell, but I've had those come into my "Unsold Items" before right after they closed, so why didn't these? It's very confusing if some show up right after they close without a bidder & some only show up after doing a "Track" or "Import" - don't you think? Not only that, if they aren't ending up in the "Unsold Item" list when they're not sold, you lose the ability/opportunity to re-list them & benefit from a possible re-list credit if sold the 2nd time!
LOTS of problems here that need straightening out - NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
The original item in question, 4357546483, was sitting in your closed section with PSM keys when we checked. We selected this item and pressed the refresh button on the page and it now has pulled the winning bidder information into post sale for processing.
Unfortunately when you do an import for all currently active and recently closed listings - the system will find a copy of the items you had sent to the archives and place them back into the closed and post sale sections. You will need to re-archive these listings to move them back out of the system (because as you noticed, they do not contaim the same information you had sent them to the archives with.)
In the future, click the import/track option and then just use the 'track' option where you put in the item number and select the site. This will only go out and grab the listing in question rather than all active and recently closed data.

Christopher,
Your answer is ambiguous & confusing, please enlighten. "#4357546483, was sitting in your closed section with PSM keys when we checked." I KNOW it was in "Closed" as well as "Unsold Items", but there were NEVER any PSM keys after it in "Closed". Also, the problem was it wasn't in my Post Sale Summary page, so I could do nothing with it. Are you are telling me the PSM keys were there the whole time in "Closed" & I just didn't see them???? Or are you saying you checked it AFTER working on it & saw that it was NOW ok?
Your answer also doesn't address WHY it wasn't in Post Sale Summary & WHY it was in "Unsold Items" to begin with. Your answer sounds like there was never a problem with Vendio! There was obviously something wrong or you wouldn't have found it only in "Closed" & done this: "We selected this item and pressed the refresh button on the page and it now has pulled the winning bidder information into post sale for processing". If there was never anything wrong with it, WHY did you have to refresh it to get it from the Control Panel & into PSM? I refreshed that & several other pages for several DAYS, without correcting the problem, so what did you REALLY do? Additionally, "Refreshing" a page refreshes the whole page, so selecting 1 auction on a page will not make anything more special happen than NOT selecting an auction. The whole explanation smacks of double talk - straighten this out please.
You also didn't address the issue of unsold "2nd Chance Offers" sometimes showing up in the "Unsold Items" list & sometimes not. What's the deal with that?

Hello,
Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.
What I meant was that when I went into your account this item did not have post sale keys and did not appear in post sale and did appear in the unsold items page just as you mentioned.
There was apparently an error in pulling the post sale data from eBay at the time the item closed, so I placed a check mark next to just this specific item in your closed section and then used the refresh button at the top of the closed list (not to be confused with your browsers refresh button.)
When you trigger an import (not to be confused with the track tool, which just grabs the item you wanted) - the system imports all recent data. This was meant to be used to setup new users switching to Vendio and not something to be used on an ongoing basis really. When you use this, anything you have listed within the past 30 days both active and closed (or what we can get from eBay at the time) will be imported into your account. This includes second chance offers. So any second chance offers that you didnt already track into your account would suddenly show up when you do an import again.
If you have any other questions on how the import tool works please let us know, we more than happy to assist.
