In postsale management, there are a number of boxes you can check to have notices sent out automatically. I have NONE of those checked. My customers are now receiving the text associated with step 9.
This is stupid and embarassing. Please investigate this and make it stop. I am going to remove the text so if VD persists in sending out these unauthorized messages at least they will be blank.

Hi Beth,
If you are referring to the Feedback Reminder -- this isn't an automatic step. It can only be sent manually. Do you have a copy of one of the notes they got, and do you know what day they got them?
