Is there a way to TURN OFF eBay's email that is sent to a winning bidder/buyer?

Hello,

Last I heard, eBay fixed it so you can't turn off the EOA notices. You can try looking for a setting to turn it off in your My eBay -- you might want to contact them about it as well.
