Ebay has made it very easy to change format when relisting an item and I wish Vendio would follow suit. I don't want to relist on ebay and then import because my "unsold" items on Vendio (my source for my relists) would not be updated.
I wish that when you selected a group of items to relist we would get the option to relist or to relist in a new format. The way it is now, we have to either "edit" each item on the bulk reliste (requiring scrolling to the right) or relist to some date in the future, cancel the pending listings, modify and then launch one by one.
If "change format" is selected as an option, the user would identify which change is being made and a relisting screen would appear with only the fields selected that are needed to effect the change (take a look at ebays relist to store function). The goal is to be able to change from auction to fixedprice or store (or vice versa) in bulk without requiring an edit of each item. Also, as long as you are at it, take a look at the store duration - I selected "GTC" in my preferences but the default is always 30 days requiring a change.
Would hope to see something like this in place within the near future. It seems that ebay is going to "give" us more reduced listing fees for fixed price listings in place of FLD and it would be WONDERFUL to do this without staying up all night because my listing program is so difficult to work with.
Thanks for your consideration!

Thanks Sonya - I am moving 200 items from unsold right now from FP to store and I had to move all to pending and then edit the following items on each one: change format from FP to store, mark GTC (default is 30 days even though that is not my preference) and indicate I want a gallery and then launch - PITA!!

On a related note...
If an item has already been relisted once, why don't you automatically submit it as a fresh listing instead of a second relist?
If it sells on the first relist it's eligible for a listing fee credit. If it sells on the second or third relist, it's not. If you relist from My eBay, it's easy to select "relist" or "sell similar". On Vendio, it's very difficult to copy and list an unsold item so that you don't lose the eligibility for future relist fee credits.
