Hi Guys, used zoom stream for the first time today. Seems my new camera is oversizing certain images and wont let me upload. Suggested I try zoom stream but didn't tell me there was an upcharge, then charged me $1.00. So, no big deal. But now I just checked zoomstream images and I see that the first zoom stream is free. Therefore you owe me $1.00. Please credit to my account. Thanks, Steve
You haven't been charged anything yet. If you never uploaded Zoomstream before, you shouldn't get charged for your one upload so just let me know if you do get charged and it is an error -- we can check your account to see when the first upload was.
