Hi, as I noted in my last post I have a new camera. Have been using a 2.2 megapixel dinosaur for years without any problems. Now I have a 3.2 and it's kicking back some images as being too large. I believe I read once that there is a workaround for this but never bothered to learn it because it never was a problem for me. Please help and send any info you can so I can get the full use out of my new camera. Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,
We actually have a tool you can use now to both upload your images in bulk, as well as resize them in the process. This will help you keep your nice resolution images without going over the 500k each limit, as well as keep your image hosting storage down.
To download Vendio XPress Image Publisher, please use this URL:

Hi Sonya, got your mesage re changing the resolution on my camera. Strangely enough your message is showing in my emails but not on the thread. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. Just proves one thing that I always fail to do. "Read the instruction book"! I followed your suggestion and changed the resolution from the camera setting of 2048x1536 to 1024x768. That I think falls within the guidelines you suggested. I will let you know if it does or doesn't solve the problem for me when I upload more images. Again, thanks for always being there when I need help. Steve
I deleted it when I noticed that Chris had responded to you but I see you got it through email notification. I had the same problem you described with my digital camera after I first purchased it -- lowering the resolution helped a lot. Let me know how it goes!

Hi Sonya, shot and uploaded several images today without any problems. I guess lowering the resolution did the trick. Merci beaucoup again for your help. Steve
