I'm not aware of any problems with WBNs being sent at this time. I would assume that your WBNs were delivered, and that the problem lies with the AOL system. Please check your bulk mail folder to make sure the emails weren't flagged incorrectly, and let us know if this continues or if your buyers complain that they have not received any notice.

Just an update. I never did get those copies, and I'm now getting periodic copies of WBN's that should have been sent 2 days ago.
We have noticed that customers who use AOL sometimes get WBNs way later than normal -- it sounds like occasionally AOL will delay email that they think might be junk mail. The WBNs do go out on time (you'd probably hear from your customers if they didn't) so you might want to contact AOL and see if they are holding on to email that come through their servers in a greater capacity.
