How can I look at a preview of notices such as payment reminders? I want to see exactly what goes to my customers.
You can do it from within post sale. If you were to click on the post sale keys for an item you can see all steps on one page, therefore be able to preview the reminders. Each step that's got a WBN or a reminder should have a preview link, or a preview icon link (the little paper with the magnifying glass) that you can click on to view the reminders. If you have any problems viewing them please let us know.
