• The following items cannot be launched on eBay as Auction because they don't have valid site data set:

I am new to vendio but have a 1700 feedback on ebay and am trying to get my first auction up and running. Anyone know where I need to look to fix this?

Hello Dave,

I looked into your account and I see the issue. Heres how you can see it. Go back to the Item in inventory and click on the Name of the item. The resulting page is the edit page and one of the tabs is Red because you have not specified a shipping option. When you see that error, you can go back to the item and the missing required fields should be in Red.

I did all that last night and none of the tabs are red.
Under the shipping tab I have 1 box checked and fedex ground with 9.99 entered.

Where is the box that would tax or not tax shipping?

So if you can look at my account. Did you see a red tab? if you did email the link so I can see the window because I am not seeing a red tab.
