I JUST GOT MY FIRST BILL AND I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS PRORATED $1.22 AMOUNT IS AT THE END OF THE STATEMENT !! SONYA, CHRIS ANY ONE FROM VENDIO WANT TO HELP? I SEE YOU ARE CHARGING ME IN ADVANCE FOR THE NEXT MONTH BUT WHAT IS THIS PRORATION ABOUT SINCE YOU ALREADY PRORATED AT MY START WITH VENDIO ON THE 26TH OF FEB!!! THANKS!!
When you signed up for your monthly plan, you were charged an initial amount for the month (this charge would have been pro-rated depending on your billing cycle date.) At the end of the billing cycle, you would have been charged the subscription fee for the month forward. This is the reason that there are two subscription fees on your first billing cycle. You will not be charged any additional subscription fees until the end of your current billing cycle. Subscription fees are charged once per month, for the month forward.

Hi Daren,
Thanks for your response but I still don't get it. On 2/26 my credit card was charged 2.95 and now on 3/20 (24 days later) I am charged 3.42 on my credit card. That totals 6.37 charged to my credit card. How could that be possible in 24 days when I am on a 2.95 program and my listing and final fees are not exceeding this. If the 2.95 charge at the end of the billing cycle is for the new month in advance, that would leave 3.42 for 24 days. The problem is the additional 1.10 you charged me for a pro ration when you already took 2.95 on the day I started with Vendio. Please make sense out of this or I will have to stop using Vendio.
Thanks alot.
