I didn't sign up for this. Why am I being charged for this? I have disabled this feature, but I do NOT want to be charged for it. Take care of this please.
If you would like to request a refund or request that the charge not be made, you can email the billing department. Go to Help and follow the links to email support then choose Billing as the subject.
