Hello
I have two items that were combined, buyer paid but not the correct amount and decided he didn't want the items anymore. I would like to relist without having to create a compeltely new listing. Is it possible to do this?

Hi Charlotts,
You can do this but first you will need to uncombine the orders. To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". At this point, the item will be split into separate listings. You can then relist the items.
Not to be a wise guy, but why have the dire warnings in Post-Sale management that once you've combined an order you can't uncombine it? I know that everyone getting married vows till death do us part, knowing full well that divorce exists, but why frighten us poor innocents before we combine an order?
I know about the uncombine, but I have a helper whom I have to talk off the ledge before she'll combine an order, for fear that she will make a permanent error.

Cashinyourcloset's got a good point. I've wanted to uncombine orders in the past, but due to the scary warnings, didn't even bother to ask if this was possible, so therefore have never done it. Maybe the warnings need a bit of an update.
