I would like to know if Vendio gives a Final Value Fee credit on their fees when a Bidder does not pay. I feel we are entitled to it, just as eBay gives us a credit when we have a Non-Paying Bidder. Please reply Vendio and let me know if this is available and what the procedure would be. Thankyou.
In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

Hi Sonya; Thank you for your reply but this method does not work. The page that you gave me cannot be found. I tried it by clicking on the link you sent me, then I tried copying and pasting it (I normally use Netscape), then I switched to Internet Explorer and it doesn't work there either. Why isn't there something under "My Account" to give easier access to this form? Somebody Please help.
