Through Vendio? That can't be right. I must be missing it.
Where can I offer a 2nd chance offer through Vendio?
I have on Checkout Redirect, so the 2nd chance offer HAS TO be done through vendio. Can't just be done through Ebay because when the buyer tries to use Ebay checkout to pay, they will be directed to Vendio. So, the initial offer MUST be done through vendio so checkout redirect will work. Or is there a way around that?
Unforrtunately we do not yet support Second Chance offers through Vendio. We are currently working on support for this option. For now, second chance offers will have to be done through eBay -- you can use the Import feature in Sales Manager to get these items into your Vendio account. Your checkout redirect should work with the import.
