This just isn't right! The SMME bulk relister is a NIGHTMARE! In order to move items to the store you have to edit (I usually move them to pending and edit from there but it takes about the same amount of time) three things: 1) format 2) Duration from default 30 days to GTC and 3) add a gallery. In order to edit you have to scroll over to the right....then you have to wait for the screen to come up (very slow today) etc....make the changes and then save...then you have to wait for the relister screen to come up again!
We DESPERATELY need a bulk relister with an easy change of format. Store duration and whether or not gallery is desired (heck it costs a penny so I'll bet everybody wants one) should be already selected in ebay preferences.
I feel like I have been patient but this is ridiculous! I don't have an hour to waste everytime I want to move a few items to my store..or everytime ebay offers a FP day when a change of format is also required.
If I wanted a bare-bones service with work-arounds I would use Spare Dollar. I want a state of the art sales management system and it sure seems like Vendio is lagging in this regard ( and it used to be the industry leader)! I wish you could keep pace with the market! From day one your ebay store support has been awful! It only took you a year to offer store listings at all.
PLEASE register ANOTHER request for bulk relister WITH a feature that allows users to CHANGE FORMAT easily !!

We are sorry to hear of your frustrations with Sales Manager. I will go ahead and forward your comments and your request to the Product Developers.
Regarding the duration issue, I've updated your posts. We have a fix for it available but I'm not sure of the exact date of release. We are sorry you've had so much trouble with this and will let you know when the feature is available.

I completely agree with what neglus says here ... also regarding the scrolling way over to the right to hit 'edit', AND to remember to hit "apply" WAY over there on the right, for scheduling ...
we need a better 'word wrap' on that whole page, and yes, changing the 'format' from the multiple relist page, from auction to ebay store and durations would be an awesome time saver too ...

We've talked about the scrolling to the side issue before but I'm going to put my vote in again.
Agreed also with Neglus on the time it takes to move / edit for store items. I been just doing them when I've got some down time or cant sleep, as it's mind numbing.
Forget about any type of promo day from Ebay, it would be easier to start a new listing and copy paste sometimes.
