Please can you explain what the two charges are for Image Hosting every month. On 12 April I was charged my monthly fee of $9.95 for 55mb which I understand, but on 23 March I was charged $5.00 for image hosting. Two amounts were also charged the previous month. What is the second amount?
As outlined in our fees policy, when your image storage exceeds the amount designated in your current plan, you will be bumped up to the next plan level automatically so that your image hosting service is not interrupted. If you were bumped up to a higher level plan, it is because you uploaded enough images to bring your storage to the level specified in the higher level plan. I checked your account and this is what happened.
You can delete images to reduce your storage and then adjust your plan under My Account -> My Service Plans -> Image Hosting (see other plans.) You will be able to tell how much storage you're using on the Image Hosting page.
Please note that you will be billed for peak storage during any billing cycle, meaning that if you adjust your plan downward you will be billed under the higher plan until the next billing cycle.
