This 2nd chance offer item (4371690802) was won and closed way back on 4-7 and has NEVER made it to my PSM page!!! After getting an angry email from the bidder due to never getting an Invoice, did I do an "Import" auctions and only THEN did it show up, but ONLY in the Control Panel Summary which I NEVER go to anymore as I only use the POST SALE page, which is why you created it, right? To be used?
This has happened before many times so AGAIN I get an email from the bidder who was angry and confused about not getting an Invoice from me and I had to AGAIN, placate and try to remedy it as best I can.
EVEN when I sent her the WBN from the Control Panel Summary page, it STILL hasn't moved to PSM - WHEN are you guys going to FIX this!??? And if I get the typical response from you saying ..."well, we see it in your PSM pages now" (because you scrambled to get it there somehow), as if that makes it all OK, I will SCREAM.

The short answer is that once we start supporting them, they should work correctly.
Unfortunately using workarounds to get around our current lack of support for this tool certainly can cause unexpected results.
Start screaming, because the second we logged into your account, went to post sale and did a search for this item number, its found. (note that we arent doing anything special, just logging in the same way you do and going to the same page that you do.)
On a side note, it was most likely there the whole time. You cannot send a WBN on an item from the closed section if it doesnt also appear in post sale.
When we are able to start offering support for second chance offers we should be able to avoid these situations. There will be announcements made on the homepage when we are getting ready to release support for this, which are unfortunately not available at this time.

Why wasn't that explained last time this happened? I just got a bunch of gooble-dee gook. And you are wrong about the "Closed" section Christopher!!! If an auction closes with a bid, the PSM boxes appear - it's true you can't just select the box to its left and go to the top of the page and select "Send WBN" like you can in the PSM page (since those icons aren't even present on the "Closed" page, but you can go into the closed auction itself, and click on the WBN in there - as you can with all the PSM keys as well. You may want to check it out.
