But, won't close so that buyer can checkout. It has been 15 mins. since sold. Item # 5502249645

Hello,

I just checked your post sale and the item is there (steps 1-4 have also been completed). Fixed Price and eBay Store items can take up to 15-20 minutes to move from active to closed so try not to be alarmed if they don't show up in that section right away.

This item did eventually close (about 20 minutes later). This was AFTER I received 3 emails from my buyer wanting to know WHY she couldn't checkout and pay me.

So, it takes 15 to 20 minutes for eBay store items to move to closed? By then, I have lost the interest of my buyer (insofar as continuing on to shop in my Vendio store) and have sent a pissed off buyer a Paypal invoice so that she can be DONE with our transaction!

Can this not be programed to flow more smoothly?

The new Checkout should eliminate this problem. This is slated to come out later in the month.
