I enabled the automatic feedback on April 3rd with a 3-day delay. I have gone back to the auctions back on that date, 9 days ago, and no feedback has been left. Can you look and see if I did something wrong.
I did some digging in your post sale and this is some of what I've found:
- item 7147059685 has had feedback left for you, and your auto feedback left for them
- item 5966363767 ended on the 4th and had feedback left for you on the 12th. On the 15th, your auto feedback for this item should be left.
- item 5967686014 ended on the 5th. Feedback was left for you on the 10th so your auto-feedback will be left today (when I click the fulfillment checklist it says it will be left in 4 hours)
I am not sure how you are checking this -- by date of auction close or by date feedback is left for you -- but if you click the items post sale keys you can see the date your feedback was left. If you have item examples please let me know what they are so I can check those as well.

Ok, the second item number you left above was not "automatic" feedback. I left that back in February, long before I enabled the automatic feedback. And I believe you found probably the only two that have actually worked. Plus I set it to say "Smooth and easy transaction. A++++ Thanks so much" and the last item number, sent something entirely different. So please tell me how to leave just my custom message and nothing else. I enabled this function on April 3rd, so I was looking back to those dates, as my feedback should have been left around the 6th. So here are 3 that start around the 8th that did not launch return feedback: 5167873785, 5964523372, 6379217030 These items have had way more than 3 days to launch the automatic feedback and have not done so. I can't deal with a function if it's only going to work intermittently, so please look into this problem.

Hi Toyspast,
Item 5167873785 should have worked but there was a problem with auto-feedback and eBay store items. This has been fixed on the engineering side, so once the fix goes out you shouldn't have any problems with your eBay store items.
Items 5964523372 and 6379217030 ended on March 26. Since you enabled your auto-feedback on April 3, these were not eligible for the auto-feedback since auto-feedback only works for items that end after you enable it.

Thanks for the update. I would have figured it would work as long as the feedback had been left after the 3rd - not the end of the auction - so now I know.
