Please help, is there something I haven't set right? I have gotten 5 feedbacks today and none have been answered. I get several a day, hate to get behind!

Hi Charlotts,

Can you tell us when you turned on your automatic feedback? Only items that end after you turned it on will have feedback sent automatically -- ones that ended before you activated it will have to have feedback left for them manually.

I turned it on yesterday. It hasn't left feedback for any items today. I've done them manually since they weren't going!

Hi Charlotts,

If you turned it on yesterday, then anything ending after you turned it on should have your auto feedback go out. If you still have questions about how this works, please let us know some item numbers and we'll check it out.

Well then I suppose we have a problem, because it's NOT doing it! That was my initial question, why if I have it set to automatically send out feedback it didn't all day today!

Hi charlotts,

Have your buyers left positive feedback for you on the items that closed today? You have your preference set to send auto-feedback after your buyer leaves positive feedback for you, so it won't happen unless these two conditions are met.

If you have an example of an item where the auction closed after you enabled the feature and the buyer left positive feedback for you, please let us know the item number and we'll take a look.

Ok Now I get it!
So, it will only leave auto feedback to those items that ended after I set it, not to all the items that have left positive feedback after I set it? well, that's a bit confusing!

Hello,

Yes that's correct. The ones that ended beforehand -- you'd need to edit the setting from within the fulfillment checklist. However the ones that end after you turned on auto-feedback will have your auto-feedback setting apply.

I hope this makes more sense.
