I have been trying to cancel a pending auction (to revise it), and it keeps giving me this reply:

The following listings cannot be canceled because they are not currently scheduled to launch.
Title Site Starting Bid Reserve
show detail New ROBERTO CAVALLI Stretchy Leopard Charm Jeans S / NR eBay $149.99 $0.00

Please go back to your pending listings to select scheduled items.

-------------------------------
This item is listed to launch in four hours, but refuses to be cancelled.

Hello,

You can unschedule your pending listings singly or in bulk. To unschedule a single listing, click the listing title then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Undo Launch" button.

To bulk unschedule your auctions, first click the "All Pending" link under Sales Manager -> Control Panel in the left navigation bar. On the next page, select the listings you want to unschedule and click the "Cancel" button at the top of the list.

After you make your edits, if you would like to reschedule the listings, select the items again by clicking the check-boxes next to them, and then click the "Resubmit" button. On the next page, you will have the option to launch immediately or reschedule the auctions to launch at a later time.

Regards,

Sonya

Thank you for the canned response.

I know how to cancel and revise items.

I cancelled the item and it just stayed scheduled and would not return to pending.

The only way I could fix it was to change the scheduled date again, go find it again in scheduled, and cancel it a second time. Only than did it return to pending.

This is an error / glitch by Vendio, not my ignorance.

Hello,

It was not clear to me you knew this process which is why I posted the directions on how to do it. Did you hit the browser back button at any time, when trying to undo the launch?

Regards,

Sonya
