My customer emailed me the following message last week and and today and we are still trying to get his payment to go through. Can you help us? Here is what he has told me:

Hello, I have been trying to pay for this item. Your Vendio Checkout system is not allowing me to. I put in my email address and click checkout, but it keeps telling me to fill in the required fields... what other fields are there? They're not on my screen! Please advise.
O.K., here I am back on Vendio and it's advice for not recognizing my email is to contact the seller! The button you sent for ebay is not working and Vendio is sending me back to ebay. Their info. is that maybe ebay has not yet sent the info. to them. Round and round we go. If you can put my email in and get my item, why can't I? Will keep looking for other options, or perhaps you can send another paypal button?
The item is in your Post Sale so your customer should be able to checkout without any problems. I'm not sure who your customer was contacting through our support department but please have him email us at [email protected] and ask for me so I can help him proceed with his checkout. It's probably something related to his system set up because on the page he is on, he just has to put in the email address and click on the checkout option.
