In the following auction (7316080571), the UPS shipping will not calculate. I have ended a nuber of other auctions, all fine. I was made aware as a similar item sold, and buyer could not calculate. I even put in my zip - gave an error. Also had three other auctions end with USPS shipping, and they gave errors at checkout for shipping?????? Other auctions, posted same time, ended fine and have been completed via checkout. Any ideas???
Please let us know the item number where you had a customer try to check out, yet run into errors. Please also let us know some item numbers were calculated checkout worked with no problems at all. We will need to compare the two and locate the source of the problem.

Please look at items 7316080614 and 7316080571. Both show an error when calculating shipping charges (One sold - I did a manual invoice). I believe both were re-launches, however from past auctions. Item 7316080537 was a new item, and UPS shipping and checkout worked fine.
Also, I believe I wrongly chose the USPS Calc First Class instead of Priority for two other auctions. As weight was to high, it gave me errors at checkout. Good to know it was my error, and not a system problem.
Let me check on this for you -- I just tried a checkout and got an error that calculated shipping could not be used with the selected packaging. There may be some requirements surrounding calculated shipping and certain types of packaging.
