Hi! My shipping calculator & shipping costs are getting buried at the bottom of my auctions. You can't see them through the templates. I really need a fix for this, any ideas? Also, why don't my fixed shipping charges show up at the top on ebays area for this...it just says "see description". Also, why can't we add a handling charge when listing. It is useless to have it in Global, when it changes with each item. Is there a way I don't know about? Thanks, please address all 3 questions.
Some templates may be better than others for making the shipping and shipping calculator sections in your description area more apparant. Try visiting our template workshop to see more options for the design that may compliment the shipping section layout better.
The shipping area at the top of your ads is for the eBay checkout system. On the listing page if you were to specify 'I am specifying shipping and payment details' and enter the cost into this field, it would appear at the top in the eBay checkout area.
At this time there are no fields for handling fees on a per item basis, but we are more than happy to pass along your note as a suggestion to make this available in the future.
