All of the images below were moved to the recycle bin. I did not move them. How could this happen?

Hi there,

I'm not sure why that would happen, unless the images expired (your preference is to expire after 60 days) or were deleted by someone else who has access to your account. Were these attached to relisted items? Is it possible that the images were uploded over 60 days ago and hadn't been viewed for 60 days?

Thanks,

Diana

No, they were uploaded about a week ago. And, no one else has access to this account. However, I did notice the last time I opened SmPro that some online images were deleted. Would that impact the images?

Hi Beth,

The last time you used Pro you noticed that when you synched, the images were removed from online image hosting? Please go to SM Pro Edit -> Preferences, and let us know what boxes you have checked (or not) in your image synchronization settings.

Thanks,

Diana

Diana: Both of these are checked:
Upload images only as required in batches.
Do not download Standard Images from Vendio Image Hosting.

What ever has not happened again, so maybe it was just an aberration.

Thanks!
PS: Enable batch AutoSave is NOT checked.
