I had posted regarding this back in February and it's happening again.....My customer that has already paid for an item has gotten a payment reminder today.....here is the item number, please investigate and advise. Thank you. 8163079519
This item had the WBN sent today, not a payment reminder. The checkout process had been completed on 05/05 and then a 'send wbn' was triggered from within the account today for this item.
Is it possible that you were in the 'WBN to send' area today and sent a notice to this buyer?
If someone goes through the checkout redirect, the WBN is not sent automatically. Since this buyer went through the checkout redirect and paid, it had completed the process but would still appear in the 'WBN to send' section.
Unfortunatley an item marked off as completed in steps 2 and 3 does not automatically disable step one from being available to send.

I was no where near Vendio at all when the customer emailed and said they had just received this notice...so no, I did not accidentally send it.....however, I did notice that I sold another of this same item from my store this morning......could that sale have triggered the wbn to this customer as well as to today's new customer?

I received another email this morning that had come to me overnight from another of my customers that got a payment reminder. Her order actually had already shipped and the keys 1 through 6 were checked. I sure don't know what is going on but my customers don't like getting payment reminders for things they've already paid for and in some cases already received. As you can see this item was paid on the 3rd and was shipped on the 6th but the wbn is now dated for yesterday. I did not accidentally click off another wbn or payment reminder in the middle of the night......here is the intem number.....please check this out. 4546102868
