I am starting to get a lot of phone-in orders from various campaigns. I would really like to be able to enter new orders right in Vendio so I can track all my orders and be sure they are all paid and shipped.
Unfortunately you can only enter in auction or Fixed Price store items. If you wanted to track in phone orders you could create a store item that is your phone order and check out of it yourself (putting in your customer's information) -- however it's going to be extra work for you, plus you would need to subscribe to the Vendio Store.
