I have been trying to list an item from inventory. I get as far as the launch an auction page, get the date and time in and then check the box on the left side "select item" - every time I get this message, "Quantity to launch must be greater than 0 and less than or equal to the quantity available." Very frustrating.

Hi Jane,

What item in inventory are you trying to launch? You must have a number other than '0' in the Quantity Available field for that item or the system will keep rejecting your attempted launch.

Hi Sonya,
I had 1 in the item number but the message popped up everytime I tried to check the select item box.

What is the name of your inventory item that is giving you problems? I'll check it out for you.
