Hi, I must be doing something wrong, I keep going to the eBay site information for this item and I have filled it out but when I try to launch the item to my eBay store it comes up with the notice that I don't have eBay site info. Is there a different process for eBay stores? Thanks, Kay

Can you tell me the title of the item. Also, can you tell me exactly how/where you are trying to launch the item?

I looked in your account, but did not see any errored listings. Thanks.

Thanks Abe, My husband came home and knew exactly what the problem was because he'd had it before. I had forgotten to put in a store price further down in the body of the form. I guess that made eBay stores site info incomplete so it wouldn't launch my Jumbo Flamingo listing. I simply put a price in and it worked fine, I sent a more detailed e-mailThanks again, K
