I can't believe this. People can't check out as my other thread indicates now people have paid items are still in the "awaiting payment" list.
I don't blame people for leaving Vendio, it actually is sounding quite tempting. Do you not check the updates to be launched before they are actually launched??

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but my customers have gone through Vendio and paid with Paypal, but it does not show they paid. Only the 2 boxes are filled in. Sure do love when you launch new stuff!!!!
I am guessing that you are posting these items because they were paid for via PayPal yet step 3 is not marked off -- please confirm with me, as you didn't say in your post. If they are, there is a fix that will be going out shortly for that issue.

I have had this same issue for months. Many paypal payments are not automatically posted on our checkout area with the numbers - #3 being PAID. The majority are showing up, but many do not.

I don't use Vendio checkout but do have it set up for the PayPal items to mark off "Step 3" in Post-sale (and generate a "payment received" email at the same time). From the beginning, the transactions where buyers have paid for more than one item at the same time have not been updated. I posted about this months ago but it still has not been resolved.
