I'm having two problems with this system, which are more than likely related.
I have gone through my Post Sale Mgt items and have found numerous auctions that do not show the bidder left feedback when they most certainly did. I believe this is also causing my system to not leave feedback for these items as well. I can understand if the automated feedback system doesn't catch the older auctions (before I made the settings to leave Auto FB), but this is happening with almost all of my auctions (with the exception of 3 who left FB yesterday).

here are two others which ended the same day, yet the first shows feedback left and the second one it doesn't even though it should.

i'm getting tired of paying for a service that isn't working properly. i'm getting emails from customers who tell me they get fatal error messages when attempting to use vendio checkout, plus other various problems with this system. perhaps Vendio needs to slow down and concentrate on fixing the problems first before they "upgrade" their system so often.

Signed back on later this evening to find nobody responded to this. Help, anyone??? A reply from Vendio would be nice.
We will look into this, I apologize for the delay in our response. Thank you for posting the item numbers. In the meantime, you should still be able to leave feedback through eBay's system. We will post back when we have more information on this.
