Has anyone else been having as many problems with the new system as me?? Arghhhhhh, bring back the new system. I had a bunch of listing's just end a little while ago and I charge a standard $1.00 mark up on all of my auctions for handling/packing supplies. When customers are checking out they are not being charged this $1.00 fee. When I go to ebay and put in the customers zip code it show's the correct shipping and handling charges, but when they checkout they are not being charged the mark up. In other words I AM PAYING FOR MY SHIPPING SUPPLIES AND NOT THE BUYER!!!!!!! I have checked my preferences in my account and everything is set to charge for the mark up but vendio is not charging it in the checkout. I'm loosing money here guy's, what do I need to do to fix this problem or is this a vendio program problem???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are going to have to do what i did today disable the vendio checkout system, find a new listing company and start over.
I had over 300 bids close the last two day and it is just a big night mere,
I have looked at the responses from the staff and it is a joke.
I have bidders calling me, e-mailing me and threathing me.
This should have never went live if it is this much of a mess.
I lost a couple of thousand in sales today because i spent the entire day trying to figure who gets what.
Just give up because these guys sure did

This is really sad. I never had problems like this before they went and screwed it all up. Might have to take your advise and find another listing company. I have spent the last hour and a half trying to make sense of this screwed up new system and I am just about to give up. I wounder if they hired a bunch of old ebay employee's, as they are screwing up their site just like ebay seem's to do on a continuing basis. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT. And if you must change something, try TESTING it first. Don't make us the dopes who get stuck testing it for you and loosing money in the process.

I agree with all. Try andale! I'm calling them tomorrow. Our sales have been cut in half because the stupid ebay redirect does not work right. Buyers are getting fatal error on checkout so they give up. I have 2 accounts with vendio with 300+ items sold daily. Our sales has dropped in half for the last 2 days and vendio is not doing anything to fix the problem. look at my other post regarding the fatal error problems.
Ok too much talking. Need to register with andale and test there processing and features.

Hello everybody,
Please rest assured we are working on fixing the bugs and glitches with the new checkout system and we will fix them as quickly as we can. As you can imagine, we are a little busy here in customer service and I'm sorry for the delayed response in our forums. We are focusing our energy on fixing the problems and gathering information on the problems that people are experiencing. We did extensive testing of the system, but unfortunately we were not able to forsee every possible combination of factors and variables during the implementation.
We believe that once the kinks are worked out you (and your buyers) will be very happy with the end result. We are aware of the issues you've raised here and we are working to correct them. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
