Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/lib/php/v2/preferences.inc on line 88
this is the worst checkout! i find ebay redirect to vendio and it prompt buyer for email address. that's fine but if you click on the "continue" button the fatal error comes up but if you just hit the enter key then it'z fine. But then it again prompts buyers to enter the "Seller's username" which 80% of the time buyers don't really look or remember which then they would have to either hit the browser back button 3-5 times to get back to the auction to look or open up another browser to navigate back to the auction. This is stupid and not a user friendly checkout!!
After I enter the "seller's username" and click "contiue" the same stupid fatal error comes up!!!
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/lib/php/v2/preferences.inc on line 88
This is too much. I have 200+ auctions sold daily and cannot afford to lose sales cuz of this suppose new feature. It sucks and it needs to be fixed asap!!!

Vendio read this!!
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/lib/php/v2/preferences.inc on line 88
the fatal error ONLY happens on ebay redirect! If I click on the "Vendio checkout" button on the auction or the checkout link on the email then it is fine.
How do I know? Cuz I bid and close my own auction to test the checkout!!

We are aware of this problem, and it is logged as a high-priority issue. We are working on it as we speak, and we believe it will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience!
This problem has been fixed, and buyers going through checkout should no longer encounter errors.
As for buyers who have encountered the error, we would recommend you to ask them to checkout again using the link in the WBN or the button in the listing.
